Synagogue
Our Shul
At WCRJ, our services are traditional yet filled with warmth, joy, and inclusiveness. Many who attend may not read Hebrew, yet everyone feels right at home. Our prayer book is bilingual, and the service includes selected English and Russian readings. Song, commentary, and heartfelt participation bring added meaning to the prayers. Children are always included — and most welcome.
More Than a Synagogue
A shul — Yiddish for “a place of prayer and study” — is more than just a synagogue. It’s a home for every Jew seeking a warm and spiritual space to connect and grow. At WCRJ, everyone is welcome. Come when you can, leave when you need to, and bring the whole family. With our “come as you are” approach, you’ll feel comfortable and inspired from the moment you walk in.
A Community of Unity
A Jew is a Jew. Period.
We are one people, with one Torah, and one G‑d. WCRJ strives to strengthen the unity of the Jewish community through our shared faith and observance. We don’t label ourselves, and we don’t label others — we simply celebrate being Jewish, together.
