 Admissions Process

1. School Visit

All families and potential students are invited to tour the school and talk informally with the admissions staff. Our Director will give you a tour of our facility and get to know your individual interests and expectations. Please call 303.399.8917 to make an appointment.

2. Review

This phase occurs after the student and family visits are completed. For each applicant, the Director meets with the potential student to observe the student. The acceptance  is then discussed with the Admissions Committee. When the student is accepted, an Application Contract must be signed and returned  with a non-refundable deposit. The signed contract and deposit secure the applicant’s place at the Preschool. Please note that no application is considered until all parts of the application are received.

3. Notification

The last phase of the application process is a financial agreement & notification. Upon receiving the application fully complete, a financial agreement is sent to the applicant. When it is returned complete, a notice will be sent to the applicant informing them that their child is enrolled for school. If you need assistance in completing the application, or for any other information, please call the office.

It is the policy of Gan Chaya Esther Preschool not to discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, national origin, ancestry, or physical or mental disabilities unrelated to the ability to work or enjoy the benefits of the school’s programs, facilities, or services. Admission to the school is based upon each student’s academic records, personal interviews, observations by our faculty, parent essay questions, teacher recommendations and our admissions testing.
