Dear friend!

This year for the High Holidays, we want you to know and experience the beauty of Jewish communal and spiritual life in a warm and traditional environment.

What to expect? Our style is friendly and welcoming. The services are traditional, conducted with the beginner in mind as well, Many of the prayers and a running commentary by the Rabbi accompanies the entire service, including stories, humor, inspirational thoughts, and teachings about the prayers.

Services at WCRJ are designed to make everyone feel welcome and at home. The prayers, conducted with Hebrew/English prayer-books, are lively, engaging and inclusive – spiced with inspiring tunes and insightful explanations throughout – allowing all to absorb the experience at their own level. Whether you consider yourself Reform or Conservative, Orthodox or unaffiliated, Sefardi or Ashkenazi, well-versed or unversed; at WCRJ, the labels and classifications fall away – as all stand equally beloved before G d. Sermons and announcements likewise speak to all participants, and are always topical, relevant, stimulating and enlightening.

We look forward to personally welcoming you.

Best wishes for a happy & sweet new year!
